Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal and select the order containing the items you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your items in their original designer boxes with all tags attached, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside of the box.
Ship the Item
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
